Results Expected:
- Achieve the highest level of client satisfaction during each and every client interaction.
- Be punctual, on time and maintain excellent verbal and written communication with DNE Helpdesk and Clients.
- The ability to solve any client network, system, computer, hardware or software issues or seek appropriate help within a timely manner.
- Keep client informed of any licensing requirements, hardware upgrades or replacements, software issues which need attention.
- Project participation, working with a team to complete a project.
Position Responsibilities:
- On-Site and Remote Client Support
- Be punctual and on time for all appointments.
- Wear clean and appropriate DNE attire.
- Making necessary recommendations to clients, as needed.
- Actively pursue training and certifications that would benefit DNE’s client base.
Minimum Requirements
- Previous Service or Communication training
- Minimum (1) MCP certification, (1) CompTIA or (1) Other Technical Certification Acceptable to DNE Standards
- Minimum 3 years experience
Term of Position:
- 90 Day Probationary period followed by a performance review
- Semi-annual reviews thereafter
